COMMUNITY COLLEGE This is only a guide. Students should contact the transfer school for program advising. It is highly recommended that you complete the MACRAO agreement prior to transferring from Jackson Community College. Additionally, students having met the MACRAO agreement and 58 completed credit hours will be accepted as having fulfilled the freshman and sophomore GENERAL EDUCATION requirements unless otherwise specified by a particular major. Students not completing the MACRAO Agreement or with questions regarding General Education required for their major should contact Spring Arbor University at (517) 750-6468 or stop by the McDivitt Hall University Center, room 124. Complete the MACRAO agreement as outlined below plus the ADDITIONAL COURSES required for the Business Administration major.
**Because a specific statistics software program is taught and used at SAU, it is recommended that students take Statistics at Spring Arbor University rather than transferring it from another college. JCC's MTH 131 or higher or 2 years of high school algebra is the prerequisite for Statistics. ADDITIONAL COURSES - The following JCC courses will meet specific requirements in the Business Administration major at SAU: ACC 231, 232; BUA 111, 121, 220, 230, 250; CIS 101, 112; MTH 131. A maximum of 68 credit hours from JCC may be transferred to meet the requirements for the degree at SAU. This is only a guide.
