Coursework with a
grade of at least 2.0 will be transferable.
·
Students do not need
to complete all the courses listed below before transferring.

It is strongly
recommended that student complete the MACRAO Agreement.
There are two separate applications required:
1. Apply
to WMU Admissions and Orientation for admission into the University.
Students are encouraged to APPLY for admission to the University EARLY!
2. Admission
to Upper-Level Business Curriculum. Prior to enrollment in any 300 level,
or above, course taught by Haworth College of Business, you must be accepted
into the Business Administration (BAD) curriculum.
Acceptance to the BAD curriculum requires the following:
1.
Complete 42
hours with a 2.50 overall grade point average
2.
Development and
maintenance of a Student Portfolio
3.
Achieve a
minimum grade of “2.0” or better in ITE 101 (CIS 102 at WMU),
ENG
232 (BCM 142 at WMU), BUS 131 (BUS 175 at WMU), ACC 231
(ACTY 210 at WMU), MTH 140 or 151 (in place of MATH 116 at WMU), ECN 232
(ECON 201 at WMU), MTH 133 (STAT 216 at WMU), and SOC 231 or PSY
140.
4.
Registration
with Career Services. Call the Office of Student Development, 2130
Schneider Hall, for information about open “walk-in” advising times, or to

NOTE:
Admission to the University as a Pre-Business Administration
(PBA) student prompts invitations to new transfer students to attend HCOB
Transfer Advising Days. Registration for courses, as well as
initiation of steps #1 and #2 will be completed with an HCOB academic
advisor during HCOB Transfer Advising Days.

required for completion of the degree. A maximum of 62 credit hours
required for completion of the degree at Western Michigan University may be
transferred from JCC.
