Center for Student Success Preparation course for the GEDThis course prepares learners for the five tests that comprise the GED: Writing, Social Studies, Science, Reading and Mathematics. A computer-assisted program designed for adult learners is used. It is self-paced and flexible, allowing students to study whenever it suits their schedules. The instruction is individualized, guiding students to work only on areas that they need to study. An instructor is available to guide the student and offer additional study aids. A GED book is available in the JCC bookstore. These topics are included:
To enroll, students must complete an application for admission to JCC. Then they enroll in the course. Students can re-enroll each semester until they have passed all five GED tests. GED Preparation CSS 013 1 contact hour
