COVID-19: How to help
This is a difficult moment for the world and our hearts go out to all those affected by the outbreak of COVID-19. During this crisis, the safety of our college and community is our top priority.
At Jackson College, we are taking precautionary measures to do our part in reducing the spread of COVID-19. Following recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Governor’s Office, we’ve transitioned to 100 percent conversion from land-based courses to virtual (online) instruction beginning Monday, March 23rd and we have implemented increased cleanings and sanitizing procedures at our campuses to help combat the spread of COVID-19. It’s times like that we are reminded of the importance of community, compassion, and resilience.
If you are looking for ways to help the College at this time, consider helping our Jackson College students who’ve been affected by this challenging time by making a gift online.
We thank you most sincerely for extending kindness to yourself and others as we address the matters before us.
