The fourth annual Jackson County Drug Summit is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Friday, Dec. 8, in the Dining Commons at Jackson College’s George E. Potter Center, 2111 Emmons Road.

The summit features several sessions covering a variety of topics on how to combat the drug epidemic, from how drug abuse impacts the family to how recovery is possible.

The event is free and open to the public, with lunch provided. Seating is limited, so those interested in attending are asked to register ahead of time online at jacksondrugsummit.org
