Your journey to a stress-free state begins here! Get ready to relax and have some fun as we explore ways to de-stress at college. Enjoy this immersive event for students to unwind and gain valuable resources for coping with stress and anxiety before the end of the summer semester. Snacks provided – because even pilots needs to refuel! Embark on a journey to stress-free skies with. All mighty Jets are welcome aboard!

Boarding Activities:

  • Paper Airplane Pilot School – Craft and complete in our Paper Airplane Race for a chance to win a fun prize!
  • Navigating Turbulence Coping Strategies Workshop – Learn how to adjust your altitude during stressful moments. In this workshop we’ll explore effective coping strategies and have therapy dogs to help navigate you to a stress-free state.

In-flight Entertainment:
