Jackson College recognizes the importance of investing in and developing our employees. We understand and appreciate the increasing need to develop leaders within our college. The impact of professional development on the success of employees and maintaining employee satisfaction is a priority at Jackson College.
The fourth annual Leadership Academy is scheduled to begin on February 11, 2020.
Individuals interested in being leaders in their areas and networking with others on campus should apply. Individuals may also be nominated to participate. The program will be held from mid-February to the end of April and will meet once per week on Tuesdays from 1-4:30 pm. Approximately 15 individuals with one or more years of service will be selected to participate in the 2020 program. For consideration, please complete the following application. All application materials are due to Human Resources no later than January 10, 2020.
Attendees will be expected to participate in group discussions and attend every session in order to fully realize the benefits of the program. In addition to engaging discussions on a variety of topics from Jackson College’s Leaders and professional development; participants will select, research and complete a Stretch Project and report out to the Leadership Council. Participants will also be in an active book club and be part of select group of individuals as mentors on campus. All leadership academy graduates will be honored at this year’s All College Celebration.
