As a result it is imperative that we routinely perform maintenance to college services.
Enterprise Technologies works with administrative offices on campus to develop a plan for when systems should be taken off line. While there is never an ideal time to do this, we try our best to create minimal interruption to system users.
JetStream will be unavailable Tuesday, May 3rd, 2016 beginning at 5:00 a.m. Service is expected to be restored by 8:00 p.m.
Maintenance activities will include system upgrade.

Information Technology is excited to announce improvements to our online learning management system JetNet! In order to provide a more robust solution Jackson College will be migrating to a new hosting provider, eThink Education, at the end of this month. eThink provides a much faster turnaround time for support while maintaining the familiar look and feel of JetNet.
To facilitate this transition JetNet will be inaccessible for all students and staff from Feb 29 through March 6. All data will be frozen during this period and will resume as normal on March 7th.
