Fairytales on Ice combines storybook fun with skating artistry

March 4, 2022

Enjoy magic and spectacle when Jackson College’s Potter Center presents Fairytales on Ice, at 7 p.m. Saturday, March 19. (Formerly announced as “Peter Pan and Cinderella on Ice”)

The story begins by welcoming the audience with familiar characters from favorite fairy tales, from Rapunzel and Pinocchio to Aladdin and Tinker Bell – not to mention the star of this season’s spinning tales: The Little Mermaid! Our adventure begins with the most energetic pirate crew you’ll ever meet and features comedy, intense stunts and more!

Once a storm hits the pirates’ land, the Little Mermaid saves the day, leading the audience on a memorable underwater adventure! This non-stop thrilling adventure features over-the-top magical illusions, spectacular special effects, an all-original, award-winning soundtrack and thrilling jumps, spins, and pair lifts – all on ICE!

Fairytales on Ice will be a favorite for audiences of all ages. Tickets now on sale and are $30, $25, and $15, with a special price of $10 for children 12 and under (must be purchased with a minimum of one adult/full-price ticket). To buy tickets, visit jccmi.edu/pottercenter, or call 517.796.8600.
