Canvas Outage May 7, 2026 Canvas has been taken offline by Instructure. This is a nationwide issue, and they are working to resolve it as soon as possible. Users should not attempt to access or respond within the Canvas system until further notice. We are actively monitoring this outage and working with the vendor for resolution. Please be aware of any ‘phishy’ messages. Do not click on links in unsolicited messages claiming to be from Canvas or Instructure. Please report all emails that seem suspicious by using the ‘Report Phish’ button or by forwarding to JCSolutionCenter@jccmi.edu. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact the Solution Center at 517.796.8639. We will provide an update once we have more information from Instructure (Canvas).
