Payment Due Dates – Fall 2025

Semester Dates: Aug. 25 – Dec. 13, 2025
Registration begins April 16, 2025

If you register: between April 16 – Aug. 9, 2025
Payment is due: Aug. 10, 2025.

If you register: after Aug. 9, 2025
Payment is due: at the time of registration.

Pay Online

The fastest and easiest way to pay your bill. Online payments post immediately to your student account and can be made by either the student or a parent/authorized user.

*Authorized users must be granted access by the student through the billing site.

Set up Payment Plan

You can enroll in a payment plan for current semester charges online through the payment plan website. A non-refundable $30 enrollment fee applies each semester. Once enrolled, your account balance is divided into installments that may adjust daily based on registration changes.

Down Payment: 20%

If you enroll: between Aug. 1 – 31, 2025
Number of Payments: 3
Down Payment: 25%
Payments Due: Sept. 10, Oct. 10, Nov. 10

If you enroll: between Sept. 1 – 30, 2025
Number of Payments: 2
Down Payment: 40%
Payments Due: Oct. 10, Nov. 10

If you enroll: between Oct. 1 – 31, 2025
Number of Payments: 1
Down Payment: 50%
Payments Due: Nov. 10

Pay by Mail

To pay by mail, please send checks to: Jackson College, Attn: Cashier, 2111 Emmons Road, Jackson, MI  49201

*Please include your JC Student ID number on the front of the check

Checks must be received by the payment due date or the student is at risk of being dropped from their class(es).

Third Party Sponsorships

Jackson College makes arrangements with many companies and agencies who pay for student’s tuition and fees.

• Sponsor authorizations must be submitted to the Business Office at least one business day before your payment due date to avoid losing your class registration.
• If a sponsor covers only part of the tuition, the student is responsible for the remaining balance.
• Students must drop any classes they do not plan to attend.
• Each semester, sponsored students must submit a new authorization letter or voucher that includes the student’s name, student number, and clear billing instructions.

International Payments

Jackson College partners with FlyWire to simplify international tuition payments. Students can pay in their home currency (in most cases), benefit from competitive exchange rates, and track their payment from start to finish. Payments post quickly to your student account.
