Total costs are determined by tuition based on the number of billing contact hours, the student services fee, and any course-related fees. This covers the actual cost of instruction. Tuition is paid per billing contact hour. Most classes carry from one to five billing contact hours. To obtain this rate, students must verify their address and school district. Verification documents required for approval of “Extended Rate” include a driver’s license or state-issued ID displaying the current address; and one of the following documents: Voter Registration card indicating the school district, or Property tax receipt reflecting the school district. (School of choice does not constitute permanent residency and does not qualify for the in-district rate.) Residency is based on the student’s permanent address at the time of registration.
