It’s time for the 56th Annual Rose Run, happening June 13!

From competitive runners chasing a personal best to families walking together for fun, the Jackson Rose Run at Jackson College on June 13 promises a community celebration where every step supports health, connection, and local pride.

Now celebrating its 56th year, the Rose Run features a variety of running and walking events suitable for all ages and fitness levels. It is sponsored by Orthopaedic Rehab Specialists, P.C., and part of the ORS Race Series. Proceeds will benefit the Jets women’s soccer team.

“Women’s Soccer likes to participate in the Rose Run because it is a longstanding community event that brings a lot of people together to participate in a fun and healthy activity.  This early summer race provides running or walking enthusiasts an opportunity to stretch their legs on our amazing campus and the surrounding roadways, and for my players, they get the chance to come into contact with many different members of our community and embrace the Jackson spirit,” said Andrew Hosmer, women’s soccer coach.

“It is a fundraising event for the team, but it also provides us with an early chance for players from disparate areas to meet in person for the first time and get to know one another a bit well before the first days of the soccer season begin in August. It is great for team building.”

Events will include:

  • 5K Run
  • 5K Walk
  • 10K Run
