Home / Campus News / Lead Singers of Classic Rock performance cancelled
Jackson College and the Potter Center regret to inform the community that the upcoming performance of Lead Singers of Classic Rock featuring Jason Scheff and Tommy DeCarlo, scheduled for April 18, 2026, has been cancelled.
This decision follows unexpected health issues affecting one of the featured artists. According to artist management, Tommy DeCarlo (former lead singer of Boston) will no longer be able to perform due to ongoing health issues. The College and Potter Center extend their best wishes to the artist and appreciate the community’s understanding. All ticket holders for this event will receive a full refund. A detailed letter outlining the refund process will be mailed directly to purchasers in the coming days.
For additional questions or assistance, patrons are encouraged to contact the Potter Center Box Office at 517.796.8600 or email jcticketoffice@jccmi.edu. Staff members are available Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. this week to help ensure refunds and inquiries are handled promptly. Please note, next week will be the College’s spring break, and the Box Office will be open Monday & Tuesday, March 2 & 3, then closed from Wednesday-Sunday, March 4-8.
