From I-94 East or I-94 West:

  • Take exit 142 south 7 miles to the M-50 exit
  • After the exit ramp, turn left on McDevitt Rd. (heading West)
  • Go approximately one mile to a traffic light and turn left on Hague Road
  • Go approximately two miles to Emmons Road and turn right
  • Go to STOP SIGN and turn left onto Browns Lake Rd.
  • Go approximately 500 yards to Potter Center Parking entrance on left

From 127 North:

  • Take the I-94 Exit East and follow directions above

 From 127 South:

  • Take Wetherby Road off 127 west to Hague Road
  • Turn right and continue to Emmons Road
  • Turn left onto Emmons and continue to STOP SIGN
  • Turn Left onto Browns Lake Road and go approximately 500 yards to Potter Center Parking entrance on left

Event Parking

Free parking is available in the front of Potter Center Lot F, which includes 15 handicap-accessible spaces. Additional handicap parking is available in the Bookstore Lot C, located on the north side of the building, behind Potter Center. Patrons using Lot C will enter through the doors at the back of the building.

Safety Protocols

The health and safety of our patrons, artists, and staff remain our top priority.  As such, the Potter Center has implemented the following protocols.  We reserve the right to unilaterally make changes to our protocols as required by each artist/show agreement and public health guidance.

If you feel unwell, we kindly ask that you stay home for the safety of yourself and others.

When you arrive

  • Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the facility for patron use.
  • Our HVAC system and air purification systems will be running.
  • Enhanced cleaning and sanitizing of hard surfaces will be conducted prior to and following all events.
  • For your safety, if you arrive after the performance has begun, you may be seated to the back of the theatre in available seats.
  • Patrons shall not block the aisles anywhere in the theater.

Restrooms

  • Restrooms  feature all touchless appliances.

Merchandise & Concessions

  • All food concession items will come pre-packaged to ensure sanitation.
  • Availability of artist merchandise is up to the discretion of the artist.

Accessibility

We offer a variety of accessibility services to help ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests. Please notify the Ticket Office in advance of any special needs so we can assist you.

  • Elevator (Elevator access is not available for balcony seating.)
  • Assisted Listening Devices: Headsets for the hearing impaired are available at the Concessions area.)
  • Wheelchair Seating: Designated wheelchair seating is available on the main floor. A wheelchair may be reserved in advance. Please contact the Ticket Office ahead of time to make these arrangements.
  • Drop-Off Location: Patrons may be dropped off at the circle drive at the front entrance of the Center.
