Five year average credentialing pass rate for 2014-2018
Board pass rate measurements are based upon the number of graduates that pass the exam on first attempt. Over the past five years (2014-2018) 73 out of 89 students have passed the exam on first attempt. This makes our board pass rate 82% over the past five years.
Five year job placement rate for 2014-2018
Surveys are mailed to graduates 12 months after graduation from the program. The JRCERT defines job placement as the number of graduates actively seeking employment in the radiologic sciences. The JRCERT defines not actively seeking employment as: 1) graduate fails to communicate with program officials regarding employment status after multiple attempts, 2) graduate is unwilling to seek employment that requires relocation, 3) graduate is unwilling to accept employment due to salary or hours, 4) graduate is in active military duty, and or 5) graduate is continuing education. Over the last five years (2014-2018) 66/68 (97%) graduates indicate that they were able to find jobs within 12 months of graduation.
2018 Results = 100% Job Placement Rate (15/15 graduates found jobs)
Annual program completion rate for 2018
Program completion is a measure of the number of students who started the program compared to the number of students that complete the program. The Jackson College Radiography Program begins every spring semester and finishes two years from that date. The class of 2018 began with 20 students and graduated 19 of those students.
Five year program completion rate = 89% (101 admitted, 90 completed)
