Parcel pick-up

  • Parcel pick up is available in lockers in the Jets Hangar. Oversized parcels can be picked up by appointment in shipping and receiving. Call 517.796.8617 to schedule pickup.

The mail room follows college holidays and closings. If you are dropping something off, please call ext. 8617 first to make sure a staff member is on duty.

Shipping Services

We Receive and Ship packages via UPS, FedEx, FedEx Ground and various other common carriers.


Packages are usually shipped UPS and must be prepared no later than 9 a.m. Please contact ext. 8617.


Overnight and Second day letters are processed at the switchboard and shipped via FedEx. Please have those items to the switchboard as early as possible and before 3 p.m. If you have questions, contact the Operator.

Mail and Distribution

We are responsible for processing all incoming and outgoing postal mail and inter-office distribution. Outgoing first class mail MUST be at the Mailroom no later than 1:15 pm for same day processing. Please allow extra time for large mailings to ensure they go out when required. Contact ext. 8617 with any questions.


Supplies must be ordered by completely filling out a Purchase Requisition. Please refer to your Storeroom Supply List for current supplies. For correct identification of items include their correct code numbers. Your request MUST also include the 14-digit Cost Account Code, or it will not be processed.
