Virtual Adjunct Hiring Fair coming in December

Interested in teaching for Jackson College? Learn more when the college hosts a Virtual Adjunct Hiring Fair on Thursday, Dec. 4, and Friday, Dec. 5 online via Zoom.

Adjunct instructors are part-time college professors who may teach one or two classes each semester or serve as clinical instructors for health programs. Teaching part-time for Jackson College can offer additional income along with the opportunity to share your knowledge with today’s students.

The College is in high demand for in-person adjuncts for the following high-need areas:

  • CEP Facilities (St. Louis, Milan, Huron Valley and more)
  • English Composition
  • Accounting
  • Natural Sciences

Additional subject areas are also welcome to apply. Adjuncts are needed for in-person, online, and Corrections Education Program courses across Michigan. Compensation ranges from $46–$56 per hour, depending on discipline and credentials.

Individuals with strong subject-matter knowledge and a commitment to student success are encouraged to apply.
