Interviews are conducted.

4. Candidate Selection

A top applicant is selected and extended a contingent offer.

5. Background Screening

Reference and background checks are completed.

6. Contingency Clearance

Once all requirements are successfully met, the contingency is lifted and a start date is finalized.
