Board of Trustees Meeting

Board of Trustees meetings are open to the public in accordance with the Michigan Open Meetings Act. Individuals are welcome to attend, and an optional sign-in sheet is available at the Boardroom entrance.

Public comments are accepted only during the designated comment period. Those wishing to speak must complete the Communication Request Form, available at the link below and at the Boardroom entrance, and submit it to the Chief of Staff at least five minutes before the meeting. Each speaker is allotted up to five minutes unless adjusted by a majority vote.
