CAD/CAM
Combining Computer Aided Design (CAD) technology with Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) technology, students will learn how to design and model complex parts in CAD software and then use those models to program machines that will create the parts. Students will get hands-on practice designing, creating, and ensuring the quality of parts they make themselves. Students will use Solidworks to design and model parts, create blueprints, 3D print, and use MasterCAM to program Haas CNC machines.
