This June, Jackson College introduces AI in Marketing — a cutting-edge course designed to help marketing professionals harness the power of artificial intelligence for their business or organization in our digital age.

AI in Marketing offers a comprehensive introduction to several AI technologies specifically tailored for marketing applications. Students will learn to leverage AI for audience segmentation, content creation, search engine optimization in the age of AI-enhanced search, social sentiment analysis, and digital campaign automation.

“What sets this course apart is its practical focus on real-world marketing applications while maintaining a strong emphasis on ethical and legal considerations,” said Professor Angel Fonseca, course instructor. “Security and ethical concerns are woven throughout the curriculum, ensuring students develop responsible AI practices.”

Key learning objectives include:

  • Optimizing AI prompts through machine learning and natural language processing

Students with intermediate technology literacy and fundamental marketing knowledge will be most successful. An Internet-connected computer is necessary to participate in this online course.
