Commuter Meal Plan Contract

The commuter meal plan is available to students who do not reside in one of our on-campus residence halls.

Students living in Maroon hall, Gold hall or Campus View will receive the maroon meal plan and should log into their self-service portal to view their meal plan contract.

Meal Card

Your meal card may be used for food purchases only at designated Jackson College eateries and may not be exchanged for cash. Your card is non-transferrable, non-assignable and meals expire at the end of the semester. Unused meals are NOT refunded and do NOT carry over from semester to semester. You must present your card to get a meal. You may use your meal card to pay for one guest per day, but you must accompany your guest.

Meal Plan Modification

The College may adjust the dining services schedule contained herein, temporarily close, and/or place restrictions on use of dining facilities as necessary in the College’s sole discretion to preserve the health and safety of its students and the campus community. In the event of such temporary closures, restrictions, and/or adjustments to the dining services schedule, the College shall not be obligated to issue refunds or credits, whether partial or full, for such interruptions or adjustments.

Acceptance of Contract Terms and Conditions

This is a Meal Plan Contract made between the undersigned student and Jackson College. You are advised to carefully review this legally binding contract prior to signing this contract. By signing this contract, you affirm that you have read and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this contract. By signing this document, the student hereby agrees to accept these conditions as outlined in this contract.
