DESCRIPTION: Dive into the world of clay and let your imagination take flight as our instructor guides you through the process of shaping, sculpting, and glazing our feathered friends. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned ceramicist, this workshop offers a unique opportunity to explore the intricate world of ceramics while creating timeless pieces that will add a touch of whimsy to any space. Join us and let your creativity soar as you discover the joy of sculpting your own ceramic birds!

Projects will be created on day 1. Before day 2, the instructor will fire the project in our on-campus kiln. Day 2 students will complete the glaze process. Instructions for picking up your project will be discussed at the workshop.

LOCATION: Central Campus, The STEAM Factory (TSF) Ceramics Studio Room 105, Jackson College Central Campus.

  • Be sure to wear appropriate attire for working with clay and bring your own apron.
