Bert Walker Hall is located on the northwest corner of campus. It houses Student Services One-Stop Center, the Center for Student Success, the Office of the Academic Deans as well as offices for Language, Literature & Arts faculty.

Campus Services is located on the northeast corner of campus and houses the offices for facilities, security, shipping and receiving and the copy center.

George E. Potter Center is located on the west side of campus and houses three theatres, Federer meeting rooms, administrative offices, board room, the cafeteria and the bookstore.

James McDivitt Hall is located in the center of campus and houses lecture halls, science labs, the cadaver lab, math, social science and science faculty offices, student commons and a cyber cafe.

Justin Whiting Hall is located on the north side of campus and houses the nursing and allied health programs, business faculty offices, Corporate and Continuing Education, computer labs and medical labs.

Justin Whiting Annex is located north of Whiting Hall and houses the garages and classrooms for the Automotive Service Technology program.

Victor Cuiss Fieldhouse is located east side of campus and houses the gym, weightroom, HPF classrooms and the Student Life office.

Child Care Center is located on the southeast corner of campus and is available to students and employees of JCC.

Community Events Center (formerly the Michigan Space & Science Center) is located on the southeast corner of campus and is used for community and college events.

William Atkinson Hall is located in the center of campus. It houses the library, Information Technology, the Solution Center, and common study areas.

Campus View is located on the southeast corner of campus. It provides on-campus housing and study areas for JCC students.

Campus View 2 is located on the southeast corner of campus. It provides on-campus housing and study areas for JCC students.

Health Laboratory Center is located on the north side of campus and houses the nursing and allied health programs.
