CCE offers a variety of programs for employers, including customized workforce training tailored to meet the specific needs of the employer. Our workforce programs manager will work with you to develop a training program to retool your current workforce and give your business an added advantage.

CCE collaborates with economic and workforce development partners to better serve employers in the South Central Michigan region. As such, we are uniquely positioned to assess skill-gaps in the incoming and existing workforce and identify areas where additional training and development would provide maximum impact. As businesses expand and diversify to remain competitive, having a pulse on the local business community allows CCE to be proactive and demand driven in its approach to the region’s workforce and professional development needs.
