Leadership Academy

Jackson College recognizes the importance of investing in and developing our employees.  We understand and appreciate the increasing need to develop leaders within our college.  The impact of professional development on the success of employees and maintaining employee satisfaction is a priority at Jackson College.

The sixth annual Leadership Academy is scheduled to begin on January 11, 2022.

The Jackson College Leadership Academy is a one of a kind cohort intended to help individuals take a deeper look at their own leadership abilities, how to help enhance campus culture as well as network and be a mentor to others. Administrators and Staff interested who did not complete the 2020 or 2021 Leadership Academy should apply. Individuals may also be nominated to participate.

The program will be held from Jan. 11 to March 22 and will meet once per week on Tuesdays from 9-11 a.m. Approximately 12 individuals with one or more years of service will be selected to participate in the 2022 program. For consideration, please complete the following application. All application materials are due to Human Resources no later than Jan. 5, 2022.
